摘要
采用一阶导数分光光度法测定复方滴耳液中诺氟沙星的含量，样品不须分离，方法简便，结果满意。平均回收率１００．２４％，ＲＳＤ０．６３％，ｒ＝０．９９９９。
The determination of norfloxacin in compound norfloxacin ear drops by first order derivative UV spectrophotometry needed no separation and was simple, rapid, and accurate.The average recovery was 100.24% with RSD of 0.63% and r of 0.9999.
