眼前节结构紊乱的 Ⅱ 期后房型人工晶体植入术

Secondary posterior IOL lmplantation of eyes with structural disturbance of anterior segment

报告７例７眼合并不同眼前节结构紊乱的Ⅱ期后房型人工晶体植入，人工晶体植入前有关成形术包括：前粘连松解术、虹膜根部离断缝合术、瞳孔成形术、瞳孔机化膜切开术、后粘连松解术等。Ⅱ期后房型人工晶体植入全部成功，随访３月—１．５年（平均１１．６月），视力全部恢复至０．５或０．５以上。讨论了手术方法和技术要点。

Secondary posterior IOL implantation of 7 eyes with structural disturbance of anterior segment were reported.Relative operations before IOL implantation include anterior synechialysis,suture of iridavulsion,pupilloplasty,pupilary membrinectomy,posterior synechialysis.A success was achieved and vision was improved to ≥0 5 during 3 months—1 5 years in all case.Operative methods and technical principal points were discused.
