多层CT薄层重建对正常支气管的显示效果

MULTISLICE CT THIN-SECTION RECONSTRUCTION IN THE DISPLAY OF NORMAL BRONCHIA

目的比较多层CT(MDCT)薄层重建对正常支气管的显示效果。方法对38例正常人分别采用5、3.75、2.5和1.25 mm的MDCT连续薄层重建,比较其对肺段、肺亚段支气管的显示效果。结果2.5 mm层厚MDCT显示的肺段及肺亚段支气管数均高于5及3.75 mm MDCT;5和3.75 mm、2.5和1.25 mm层厚MDCT对肺段及肺亚段支气管的显示数无统计学差异。结论2.5 mm层厚MDCT薄层重建显示肺段和肺亚段支气管效果比较理想。

Objective To discuss the muhilayer CT thin-section reconstructions in displaying normal bronchia. Methods 5, 3.75, 2. 5 and l. 25 mm muhilayer CT thln-section continuous reconstruction was used to compare the results of the segmental and sub-segmental bronchia in 38 cases of normal subjects. Results The displayed number of the segmental and sub-segmental bronchia with 2.5 mm thick slices was more than that of 5 mm and 3.75 mm. There were no differences between 5 mm and 3. 75 mm, or 2.5 mm and 1.25 mm slices in the display of them. Conclusion The use of 2.5 mm thin-section reconstruction is an ideal way to display segmental and sub-segmental bronchia.
