中学生网络成瘾者心理状况调查分析

A SURVEY OF PSYCHOLOGIC STATUS IN INTERNET ADDICTS AMONG MIDDLE-SCHOOL STUDENTS

目的 探讨中学生网络成瘾者的心理状况，为采取积极有效的干预措施提供依据。方法 以网络成瘾筛选量表、症状自评量表（SCL-90）对某中学458名学生进行调查。结果 男生上网率（96．73％）明显高于女生（80．26％），中学生网络成瘾率为12．74％，男生成瘾率（15．82％）明显高于女生（5．08％）。成瘾者SCL-90测试总分、躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执各因子得分均显著高于非成瘾者（t=3．459～11．053，P〈0．05）。结论 中学生的网络成瘾发生率较高，网络成瘾对中学生的人格特质、心理健康水平已产生明显影响，加强网络成瘾的预防和控制非常重要。

Objective To investigate the psychologic status of internet addicts among middle-school students and provide active and effective measures for prevention of it. Methods Parent-Child Internet Addiction Test and SCL-90 self-assessment questionnaire were used to investigate the internet addiction in 458 middle-school students. Results The net-surfing rate of boy students （96.73%） was much higher than that of the girls （80. 26%）. The addiction rate was 12.74%, of whom, boys accounting for 15.82 %, and girls, 5.08 %. Significant differences, in total score, somatization, obsession, interpersonal relationship, depression,anxiety,and hostility, were noted between the addicts and non-addicts in SCL-90 self-assessment questionnaire （P〈0. 05, 0. 01）. Conclusion The internet addiction incidence is high in middle-school students, which has affected their personality characteristics and mental health. It is very important to prevent and control the addiction.
