摘要
从考察西方经济学从古典到现代,由自由主义经济学到福利主义经济学历史发展入手,探讨经济公正观与社会保障制度的关系,结合中国实际指出:只有建立和健全社会主义保障体系,才能矫正由市场机制来分配资源和财富所造成的不公正,保证市场经济的社会主义性质。
