摘要
目的提高对嗜肺军团杆菌肺炎（ＬＰ）的认识。方法对３７例ＬＰ进行分析。结果除肺炎，３５％患者有胃肠肝肾和神经精神异常等肺外症状表现，３８％有低钠血症，４０％伴有胸液，１７％伴有肺脓肿，在有效治疗下，Ｘ线胸片异常迟于临床改善，有些仍有进展。结论红霉素治疗效果良好。
Objective To heighten our awareness of pneumonia of Legionnaires′disease(LP)Methods 37 cases of LPwere reviewed.Resulet Besides the characteristics of pneumonia,extrapul monary manifestations,including gastrointestinal,hepatic,renal and neurologic abnormalities,occurred in35%of the patients,pleural effusion was more common(40%),38% and 17% of the patien tsshowed hyponatremia and pulmonary abscess respectively.Roentgenographic changes appeared to last longer and resoluted later than the clinical improvement occurred.Conclusino Erythromycin shows good effects in treating LP.
