摘要
目的:分析有氧运动对补体系统的影响,并介绍运动不同阶段的特点与要求。方法:应用计算机检索Medline和中国期刊全文数据库1980-01/2006-02与有氧运动和补体系统相关文章,检索词“complement,aerobicexercise”,“有氧运动,补体系统”,无论研究对象为动物还是运动员全部纳入,排除综述类文献。同时手工翻阅相关书籍。结果:补体系统有经典激活途径、旁路激活途径两个主要激活途径,有氧运动可以在通路的各个阶段发挥作用,影响机体的免疫功能。有氧运动初期(0~4周)补体含量减少,应在营养、情绪等方面进行积极调整,随着运动的继续(4~9周),补体含量恢复到原水平,随着运动的延长(9周以后),补体系统的调控对运动适应的进一步增加,免疫功能得到提高。结论:有氧运动可通过影响补体的激活通路,改变补体的活性,从而影响到机体的免疫功能。有氧运动不同时间段补体系统的免疫应答有不同的特点,设计运动处方时应考虑各种因素,给予调整。
AIM: To explore the effects of aerobic exercise on complement system and analyzes the distinct features and requirements of the aerobic exercise at different stages. METHODS: A computer-based online search of Medline and CNKI was undertaken to identify the articles about aerobic exercise and complement system published between January 1980 and February 2006 with the key words of "aerobic exercise, complement" in English and Chinese, respectively. The subjects both athletes and animals were included, and the review articles were excluded. Relevant books were also scanned by hand work. RESULTS: The implementation of aerobic exercise by investigating the main pathway of activation, namely classical pathway and alternative pathway, and aerobic exercise could influence the immune function at different stages. During the eady stage of aerobic exercise (week 0 to 4), the complement content declines, so the nutrition and emotion should be adjusted. As exercise proceed (week 4 to 9), the complement content resumes its normal level; with the exercise prolonged (after week 9), the regulation of the complement system on exercise adaptation increases and thereby strengthens the immune function. CONCLUSION: Aerobic exercise could change the complement activity and influence the immune function by regulating the pathway of activation of complement. As the immune response of the complement system has their characteristics at different stages, various factors should be paid attention in designing the sport prescription with suitable adjustment.
