摘要
国库集中支付制度是我国财政制度改革的重要举措之一,文章根据广东省省属高等院校在国库集中支付过程中的工作实践,分析了广东省高校国库集中支付过程中存在的问题以及应采取的措施。
The concentrated treasury payment is one of the important acts in the reform of treasury management system in China. In reference to the financial characteristics of the Guangdong universities and colleges, this article discusses the present problems and the appropriate measurements.
