摘要
大型发电厂和重要的变电站都普遍采用一台半断路器的主接线,尽管人们对这种接线方式所具有的高度可靠性和操作的便易性已有共识,但在运行中遇到断路器故障、元件引起跳闸和母线停运等变异工况时,潜在的连切元件等威胁安全运行的一些复杂问题就可能显现出来。通过分析和总结发生过的事例,充分地认识并梳理这些问题,对灵活地运用一台半断路器接线特点,合理安排运行方式,有效地防范和正确处理事故是很必要的。
Both the large power plants and the important substations adopt main electrical connection with one-and-half breaker. Although high reliability and convenience of the connection method have already become people's common understanding, some potential complicated problems to threaten safe operation, e.g. cascading failure triggered by components tripping etc., may emerge when occurring abnormal operation condition of circuit breaker fault, components tripping and outage of bus bar. Through the analysis and the summary of failed examples, it is necessary to fully realize the problems for flexibly using the characteristics of connection with one-and-half breaker, arranging reasonable operation modes as well as effectively preventing and correctly handling the faults.
