摘要
考察了Mo担载量及反应条件对改性Mo/HZSM-5催化剂甲烷无氧芳构化性能的影响。结果表明,Mo担载量对催化剂表面有所影响,从而影响了催化剂的性能,Mo担载量w(Mo)=6%的催化剂性能最佳;反应温度为973K、空速为1400ml/(g-cat.h)时6%Mo/HZSM-5苯收率最高可达5.25%。
The effects of Mo loading and reaction conditions on non - oxidative modified Mo/HZSM - 5 catalysts were investigated. The results showed that the Mo 1 aromatization of methane over oading changed the surfaces of the catalysts and affected its catalytic performance. The optimum Mo loading was 6% (mass). The yield of benzene over 6% Mo/HZSM -5 was up to 5.25% when the reaction temperature was 973K and methane space velocity was 1400 ml/( g - catoh).
