摘要
在常压连续固定床反应器上考察了ZSM-5、SAPO-11和MCM-22分子筛的1-丁烯催化裂解性能。结果表明,虽然3种催化剂的孔道和酸性存在差异,但裂解产物中丁烯异构体之间均可以达到热力学平衡,在丁烯转化率50%~70%范围内都可以获得较佳的丙烯选择性,产物中丙烯/乙烯比随丁烯转化率增加呈指数型递减关系,通过选择合适的催化剂和反应条件可以控制丁烯转化率的高低,从而灵活调变产物中丙烯选择性和丙烯/乙烯比。
1-Butylene catalytic cracking over ZSM - 5, SAPO - 11, and MCM - 22 catalysts in a continuous flowing fixed bed reactor was investigated. The results showed that the thermodynamic equilibrium of butylene isomers in the products can be reached despite of different structures and acidities of the catalysts. Relatively higher selectivity of propylene existed in the butylene conversion range of 50% to 70%. The ratio of propylene to ethylene (P/E value) in the products decayed exponentially with increasing butylene conversion. Flexible control of P/E value can be achieved by varying the conversion of butylene via choosing proper catalyst and reaction conditions.
