塔西南化肥厂燃料系统优化与节能改造

摘要 塔西南化肥厂拥有以天然气为原料的20万t/a合成氨和34万t/a尿素装置,自开车以来一直存在合成氨燃料气消耗较高的问题。为此对燃料系统进行了操作优化和节能改造。通过优化和改造,燃料气消耗已明显降低。 Taxi'nan Fertilizer Factory's ammonia unit has the capacity of 0. 2 million ton ammonia and 0. 34 million ton urea per year with natural gas as feedstock, and its fuel gas consumption has been high since it was put on stream. The operation optimization and energy-saving revamping of the fuel system of the ammonia unit was described. Through the optimization and revampment, the fuel gas consumption was reduced markedly.
