中枢神经系统原发性淋巴瘤—影像学与病理对照分析

Primary Central Nervous System Lymphoma:CT-MRI-Angiography Comparing with Pathology

目的:对中枢神经系统原发性淋巴瘤的影像学表现与病理所见进行对照分析,以加深对本病的认识。材料与方法:搜集经手术病理证实为本病15例,其中14例行 CT、5例行 MRI 检查(4例加增强扫描),5例行脑血管造影检查。结果:中枢神经系统原发性淋巴瘤7种影像学所见,相应的病理表现亦各不相同。结论:尽管中枢神经系统原发性淋巴瘤无特异性影像学征象,但综合多种影像学检查分析,有助于提示本病的诊断,而活检是确诊的必须手段。

Objective:To analyse imaging findings of primary CNS lymphoma comparing with pathology,and deepen the under- standing of this disease.Materials and Methods:15 patients with primary CNS lymphoma were corroborated by pathology.14 pa- tients were performed with CT.5 patients were evaluated with MRI(4 cases with post-contrast MRI),5 patients were examined with cerebral angiography.Results:There were 7 imaging features of primary CNS lymphoma with various pathological findings. Conclusion:Although the imaging features of primary CNS lymphoma without specificity,using several imaging modalities will be helpful in the suggestion of this disease.and biopsy is a necessary method to make a definite diagnosis.
