摘要
目的:观察养血清脑颗粒的镇痛作用及对脑组织血流量的影响。方法:采用高分子右旋糖酐致小鼠微循环障碍模型,观察养血清脑颗粒对脑组织血流量的影响,采用压力和化学因素所致疼痛模型,观察养血清脑颗粒的镇痛作用。结果:养血清脑颗粒2,1 g/kg,可明显提高小鼠压痛痛阈值,养血清脑颗粒4,2,1 g/kg,可明显减少0.6%醋酸所致小鼠扭体反应次数,表现出明显的镇痛作用。对高分子右旋糖酐引起的小鼠脑组织血流量的下降养血清脑颗粒各剂量组有明显的对抗作用(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:养血清脑颗粒具有良好的镇痛作用并可改善脑组织血流量。
Objective: To observe the effects of Yangxueqingnao Granule (YXQNG) on analgesia and cerebral blood flow in mice. Methods: Microcireulatory impairment of mice was induced by intravenous injection of high molecular dextran( HMD). The possible improvement of cerebral blood flow by YXQNG was investigated. The other animal model was pain in mice induced by pressure and acetic acid. Changes produced by YXQNG in mechanical withdrawal threshold and body twisting were evaluated. Results: YXQNG( 1,2 g/kg) could effectively increase the value of mechanical withdrawal threshold in mice. YXQNG( 1,2 and 4 g/kg) could effectively decrease the number of body twisting of mouse and increase cerebral blood flow in mice with HMD injection. Conclusion: YXQNG may have the effects of relieving pain and increasing cerebral blood flow.
