早产儿脐血及母血β-内啡肽浓度与胎龄、体重关系的探讨 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨早产儿脐血及母血β-内啡肽(-βEP)浓度与胎龄、体重的关系。方法:选择早产产妇60例,在第一产程采母亲静脉血3 mL,脐血3 mL,早产儿30例分别于生后12 h、24 h3、d、5 d采血,用放射免疫法测定血浆-βEP浓度。结果:胎龄≤32周、体重≤1 500 g组早产儿脐血-βEP浓度高于胎龄>32周、体重>1 500 g组,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);胎龄≤32周、体重≤1 500 g组母血-βEP浓度高于胎龄>32周、体重>1 500 g组,有显著性差异(P<0.05);早产儿出生后不同时间血浆-βEP水平不全相同;早产儿脐血-βEP水平高于足月儿(P<0.01),有非常显著性差异;早产儿母血-βEP水平高于足月儿母血组(P<0.01),有非常显著性差异。结论:早产儿胎龄越小,体重越低,脐血及母血-βEP浓度越高,生后5 d内-βEP浓度高于足月儿,与早产儿原发性呼吸暂停的发生呈负相关,为出生后立即应用纳络酮预防原发性呼吸暂停提供了试验依据。
