摘要
目的:研究四物微丸的色谱指纹图谱测定方法。方法:以梓醇、芍药苷、阿魏酸、川芎嗪为对照品,色谱柱:Alltech Apollo C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(梯度洗脱);柱温:40℃;测定波长:215 nm;分析时间:100 min;流速:1 mL.min-1,研究了四物微丸HPLC指纹图谱。结果:标示出四物微丸有17个共有峰。结论:该方法准确、重复性好,为四物微丸的指纹图谱质量控制提供了依据。
Objective: To establish the fingerprint chromatogram of Siwu Pellet. Methods: The Analysis was carried out as on Alltech Apollo C18 (250 nm × 4.6 mm,5 μm) column eluted with acetonitrile and 0. 1% phosphoric acid in a gradient elution. The detection wavelength was set at 215 nm. Results: 17 peaks consist of the HPLC fingerprint of Siwu Pellet. Conclusion: The method is simple and with a good reproducibility, and can be used as a quality control method for Siwu Pellet.
