丹皮多糖-2b对大鼠早期糖尿病肾病的影响

Effect of Cortex Moutan Polysaceharide-2b on Early Diabetic Nephropathy in Rats

目的:观察丹皮多糖-2b(CMP-2b)对大鼠早期糖尿病肾病(DN)的作用。方法:采用腹腔注射完全弗氏佐剂(CFA)和链脲佐菌素(STZ)的方法复制DN模型,观察CMP-2b对DN大鼠肾重/体重比、肾小球滤过率(GFR)、尿微量白蛋白(MALB)、α1-微球蛋白(α1-MG)、尿N-乙酰--βD氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)及肾脏超微结构的影响。结果:CMP-2b能降低DN大鼠肾重/体重比及GFR,减少尿MALB、α1-MG及NAG含量,改善DN大鼠肾脏病理变化。结论:CMP-2b对大鼠早期DN有治疗作用。

Objective： To observe the effect of Cortex Moutan polysaccharide-2b （CMP-2b） on early diabetic nephropathy（DN） in rats. Methods：The rat model of DN was induced by injecting complete freunds adjuvant（CFA） and streptozotocin（STZ） intraperitoneally. The ratio of kidney weight to body weight, the glomerular filtration rate（GFR）, the urine microalbumin （ MALB）, α1-microglobulin （ α1-MG ）, urine N-acetyl-beta-D-amidogen glucosamindase （ NAG ） and the kidney ultrastructure were observed. Results ：The results showed CMP-2b could significantly decrease the ratio of kidney weight to body weight and GFR, reduce the level of urine MALB, α1-MG and NAG, and improve the pathological change of kidney in DN rats. Conclusion：CMP-2b has the therapeutic effects on early DN in rats.
