摘要
目的测定不同来源百合中总皂苷元的含量。方法采用分光光度法,高氯酸作为显色剂,在408nm处测吸光度值。结果各药材总皂苷元含量为0.122~0.251mg/g,其中以江苏省南通市的卷丹中总皂苷元含量最高。在12.6~22.7μg/mL范围内薯蓣皂苷元浓度与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为:A=30.059C-0.0341,r=0.9993。结论不同来源百合中总皂苷元含量不同。
Objective To determine the content of total saponins from different lily. Methotis With HClO4 for colorimetric reaction and at 408 nm ultrasonic treatment, spectrophotometer was used to determine the sapongein levels in all samples. Results The total sapongein levels in each sample were between 0.122-0.251 mg/g, in which the total saponins in Lilium brownii from Jiangsu was the highest, the good linearity was shown in the range of 12.6-22.7 μg/mL and the linear equation was: A =30.059C-0.0341,r=0.9993. Conclusion The result shows that the content of total saponins in different species of Lilium brownii is different.
