喉炎性肌纤维母细胞肿瘤1例报告并文献复习

Inflammatory Myofibroblastic Tumor of Larynx:A Case Report and Review of Literature

目的:探讨喉炎性肌纤维母细胞肿瘤的临床病理特点、诊断、治疗、预后。方法:对1例喉IMT进行回顾性分析、免疫组化染色和光镜观察,并进行文献复习。结果:该病临床主要表现为声音嘶哑、发音困难等,确诊主要依靠病理学诊断。肿瘤主要由具有纤维母细胞特征的梭形细胞、慢性炎性细胞组成,Vimentin是最常见的表达。结论:喉IMT是一种罕见的良性肿瘤,有局部浸润和复发的潜能,治疗上以兼顾功能的根治性切除为主,预后良好。

Objective：To seek the clinical and pathological features, diagnosis,treatment,prognosis of laryngeal inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor（IMT）. Methods ：One case of laryngeal inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor was analyzed retrospectively and studied with light microscopy and immunohistochemical staining,as well as review of the literature. Results ：Presenting symptoms of Laryngeal inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor included hoarseness and dysphoniaetal. Diagnosis of laryngeal inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor depended on pathologic features. Laryngeal inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor consisted of myofibroblastie spindle eells with chronic inflammatory cells. Immunohistochemical staining demonstrated that Vimentin was expressed positively in the tumor. Conclusion ： Inflammatory myofi broblastic tumor of larynx is a rare benign neoplasm. These tumors have the potential for local invasion and recurrence. Complete surgical management of laryngeal preservation is advocated. Prognosis of laryngeal inflammatory myofibrob lastic tumor is well.
