摘要 一、风电发电行业前景广阔 近几年,随着我国能源供应的持续紧张,合理地开发利用绿色新能源就成为摆在我们面前的重要课题。中科院专家提出:风能、太阳能、潮汐能的开发可以有效缓解我国的能源供应困局。风力发电技术成熟,建设周期短,是一种安全可靠的能源。从长远看,风电技术进步不断深化,不论工程投资还是发电成本,都会逐步接近火电成本。风力发电是一个极具发展潜力的宏伟产业。 Estimated according to the observation data of over 900 meteorological stations across the country, the total reserve of wind energy resources on the land of China is about 3.226 billion kW, including 0.253 billion kW reserve of exploitable wind energy; in addition to 0.75 billion kW of wind energy reserve on the seas, there is a total reserve of 1 billion exploitable wind energy, approximately equivalent to the installed generating capacity of 50 Three Gorges Hydropower Stations. This figure was calculated with a height of 10 m. It will be twice that if calculated with a height of 50 m. The southeast coastal areas and the islands nearby are areas abounding in wind energy resources. The isometric line with its effective wind energy density over or equivalent to 200W/m2 is parallel to the coastal line. The effective wind energy density of coastal islands is over300W/m^2. The number of hours with the wind speed over or equivalent to 3m/s in a year is about 7.000-8.000h and the number of hours with the wind speed over or equivalent to 6m/s is 4,000h. The north of Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia and the north of Gansu are also areas abounding in wind energy resources. The effective wind energy density is 200-300W/m^2. The number of hours with the wind speed over or equivalent to 3m/s in a year is over 5,000h and the number of hours with the wind speed over or equivalent to 6m/s is over 3, 000h.
