2006年我国电焊机市场发展概况分析

一、生产发展情况 2006年，经对全国53家主要电焊机、切割机和兼业制造厂、大型焊接辅机具厂的调查统计显示：2006年，电焊机行业53家企业共完成工业总产值452543．36万元，同比增长22．04％，其中电焊机、辅机具产值411122．41万元，其平均值比2005年同期（53家企业）的平均值增长37．86％.

The survey statistics of 53 main electric welding machine, cutting machine manufacturers and manufacturers that also produce other machines concurrently and large-scale welding supplementary machine works show： in 2006, 53 enterprises in the electric welding machine industry completed a gross industrial output value of RMB4525.4336 million yuan in 2006, increasing by 22.04 % over the previous year; the output value of electric welding machines and welding supplementary machines was RMB4111.2241 million yuan, with their average value increasing by 37.86 % over the average value of the same period in 2005 （58 enterprises）; the output of electric welding machines was 1,101,799, with their average value increasing by 29.30% over that in 2005; at the same time, the output value of electric welding machines and welding supplementary machines occupied 90.85% in the gross industrial output value, reduced by 2.25% from 93.10% in the same period of 2005; a sales value of industry of RMB4383.5698 million yuan was completed, increasing by 26.35% over the same period in the previous year; a primary business income of RMB4043.6556 million yuan was completed, increasing by 24.38% over the same period of the previous year; a total amount of profits of RMB433. 7200 million yuan was completed, increasing by 16.70% from the same period of the previous year; the production and sales increased from the same period of 2005, but the profits did not increase simultaneously. The cause was mainly that prices of major raw materials （silicon steel sheet, copper and steel products） remained stubbornly high, product cost rose to a great extent, but product sales prices could not rise simultaneously because of fierce market competition. Even the fall of product sales prices and enterprise benefits appeared.
