摘要
为调整和优化客运服务类型、规模结构、生产要素配置,保障客运安全以及适应客运枢纽建设的发展趋势,从客运换乘枢纽的基本功能和建设发展趋势出发,结合可持续发展理论以及管理智能化的思想,通过系统分析,建立了客运枢纽服务质量评价体系,采用AHP法对该指标体系进行评价,并结合某市汽车客运站进行实例研究。通过对结果的分析对比,可对换乘枢纽的规划、换乘衔接、交通组织等方面存在的问题进行有针对性的改善。
In order to adjust and optimize the serving type of the passenger, the scale structure and the disposition of the production factor, ensure the security of the passenger, and adapt to the development trend of the construction of the passenger transfer hub, the comprehensive evaluation index system for the service quality of the passenger hub is set up through the systematic analysis. The AHP method is used to evaluate this index sys- tem, and the research is conducted with a station of one city as a example. Based on the analysis and contrast of the research results, some problems in the planning of the transfer hub, the transfer joining of the passenger, the traffic organization and so on can be improved directly.
