摘要
水布垭防淘墙是目前国内外水电在建工程中规模最大、地质条件最为复杂、施工难度最大的防淘墙。综合研究各种可能的施工方案,进行细致的比选十分必要。在全面分析灌注壁式地下连续墙法、搭接式机械成孔排桩墙法、支洞开挖分层钻爆逆作法和竖井开挖分层钻爆逆作法4种施工方案的基础上,通过定性定量评价方法比选,综合评价认为竖井开挖分层钻爆逆作法最优。该方案具有施工方法简单、稳定可靠、工程造价低等优点,但由于处于地下人工作业,施工环境差、劳动强度大、施工进度缓慢、施工安全控制难度大,有待于进一步研究优化。
The anti-scouring wall for Shuibuya hydroproject is the largest in scale at home and abroad, the most complicated in geology and difficult in construction. The comprehensive research on various construction schemes and the detailed comparison and selection are quite necessary. On the basis of overall analysis for 4 construction schemes of grouted continuous wall, lap-jointed and machine bored pile wall, inverse and stratified boring-blasting for adit excavation and inverse and stratified boring-blasting for shaft well excavation, and through qualitative and quantitative comparison and selection, the scheme of inverse and stratified boring-blasting for shaft well excavation is considered as the optimum one. This scheme features simple construction, stable and reliable, low cost, but for underground artificial construction, poor construction environment, high labour intensity, low construction speed, difficult safety control, it should be further researched and optimized.
