腰椎管狭窄分类、症状特点及治疗探讨(附102例报道)

THE CLASSIFICATION,SYMPTOM AND TREATMENT OF LUMBAR SPINAL CANAL STENOSIS

１９８２～１９９０年治疗腰椎管狭窄１０２例，本文描述了腰椎管狭窄的病理变化，对腰椎管狭窄的分类、临床症状及手术选择进行了分析。根据病理变化和临床表现，将椎管狭窄分为：原发性椎管狭窄，退变性椎管狭窄，神经根通道狭窄，腰椎滑脱椎管狭窄及其它。对腰椎管狭窄的治疗应根据患者的病情，采取不同的手术方式。

From 1982 to 1990,we treated 102 cases with lumbar spinal canal stenosis,Whose pathological changes were described,and the characteristics of clinical classification symptoms and the choices of operation were analysed also.Lumbar spinal canal stenosis was divided into congenital developmental stenosis,degenerative stenosis,nerve root canal stenosis,spondylolisthetic stenosis and other stenosis.According to patients condition of lumbar spinal canal stenosis,the methods of operation should be different.
