The agricultural product transaction efficiency is the key factor to influencing income growth realization of the peasants. Based on transaction expense theory, after comparing agricultural product transaction efficiency under different transaction methods, the author indicates that the development of agricultural industrialized leading enterprises to promote transaction efficiency is relatively reasonable institutional arrangement.
