腓骨长肌转位修复陈旧性跟腱断裂

Transposition of Peroneus Longus for the Repair of Neglected Rupture of Aschilles Tendon

作者报告２１例采用自行设计的腓骨长肌转位修复陈旧性跟腱断裂。本手术与传统的Ｂｏｓｗｏｒｔｈ氏法Ｌｉｎｄｈｏｌｍ氏法和Ａｂｒａｈａｍ氏ＶＹ＂腱成形术相比手术简单易行。术后跟腱多无粗大的瘢痕粘连，踝关节活动较好。随访６个月～１０年，优：１１例，良：６例，可：４例。随访结果表明，本手术是一种较好的修复陈旧性跟腱断裂的方法之一。

The authors designed a method of transposition of peroneus longus for the repair of neglected rupture of Aschilles tendon, and 21 cases were treated. In Comparison with the conventional methods of Bosworth. Lindholm, and Abraham V-Y tendinous flaps, this procedure is much more simple and easy. There was seldom adhesive cicatrix over the newly formed Achilles tendon. The movement of the ankle joint was in the normal range as was seen during the follow-up period of 6 months to 10 years. The final results were excellent in 11 cases, good in 6, fair in 4.
