摘要
基于溶胶-凝胶原理的有机硅橡胶原位增强新方法有效地解决了填料在聚合物基体中的分散和团聚问题,可得到具有更好机械性能和耐热性能的有机硅材料。根据填料性质的不同,详细介绍了各种原位增强方法、增强机理及表征手段,比较了25℃时未增强及不同浓度填料原位增强聚合物材料的应力-应变等温线,并简要描述了原位增强工艺的前景。
As a novel technology, the in-situ reinforcement of silicone polymer via sol-gel process is effective in promoting the dispersion of various fillers in polymer matrix and avoiding the agglomeration of fillers. The obtained in-situ reincorced silicone rubber exhibites even more excellent mechanical and heat-resistant properties than those traditional reinforced silicone rubber which is prepared by blending fumed silica or precipiated silica manufactured in previous period into the polyer matrix. For each kind of fillers, various in-situ reinforcement methods, mechanisms and the test methods are introduced in detail. The stress-strain isotherms in elongation at 25℃ for unfilled and in-situ reinforced PDMS networks are compared and the prospective of the in-situ reinforcement technology is also brifely discussed.
