摘要
利用粉煤灰、水泥熟料、石灰、石膏辅助少量的粉煤灰活性激发剂研究生产高掺量粉煤灰水泥。试验表明,激发剂能大大提高粉煤灰的活性和早期强度。生产的大掺量粉煤灰水泥,其3天、28天的抗压强度分别达到18MPa和50MPa,并且凝结硬化快,早期强度高,后期强度发展迅速。
The cement gelatin material with fly-ash, clinker, lime, gypsum and a few excitant is studied and produced. The results show that excitant can greatly improve the activity of fly-ash and the early strength. The 3 days and 28days compressive strengths of the high volume fly-ash cement gelatin material respectively achieve 18MPa and 50MPa. The obtained cement gelation material coagulates rapidly, also concreting celerity. Its early strength is high and later strength develops rapidly.
