The Effects of Reactive Element Additions on the Oxidation Properties of MCrAlY Coating

摘要 添加微量活性元素可以提高MCrAlY涂层的高温抗氧化性能,从而提高能量转化效率。讨论了目前活性元素效应的研究进展,以及涂层的主要制备方法及其优缺点,并重点分析了活性元素在MCrAlY涂层中的存在形式和作用模型,初步探索了未来需着重解决的问题。 It is well known that the additions of minor oxygen reactive elements (Y, Zr, La, Ce, Hf, etc) to NiCoCrA1 coating increase the adherence of a protective oxide scale, decrease the oxide growth rate and improve the mechanical properties of the oxide. The MCrAIY coating manufacture methods and models developed to explain the reactive elements effect and discussed and reviewed.
