摘要 牙科车针多为在金属车针基体上结合嵌有金刚石颗粒的磨削层后制得。制备牙科车针主要有电镀法和钎焊法。近年来,化学气相沉积(CVD)法逐渐应用于车针后续处理过程之中,增强了车针的耐磨性和切削效率。评述了近年来电镀法的前期处理方法、镀液的成分改进、上砂法的改进、CVD法后期处理、钎焊法的制备原料和工艺过程等方面的研究进展,并对现有的几种方法进行了比较。 The dental diamond burs are fabricated by depositing the cutting film bonding with diamond grits on metal substrates. There are two methods of producing diamond burs that are electroplating and brazing. Recently, chemical vapor deposition(CVD)is gradually used in order to enhance the wear resistance and cutting efficiency of burs. In this paper, the recent research progress in new pre-treating methods before electroplating, the modification of electro- plating solution, the improvement of method in adding diamond powders and CVD post-treatment after electroplating are reviewed. The current research works on preparation methods of raw materials before brazing and the brazing process regulation are introduced. In addition,these fabrications methods are compared comprehensively.
