哈尔滨市作为东北老工业基地改造的重点城市,其高新技术产业的发展制约着哈尔滨市整体经济效益和区域竞争能力的提高。通过研究哈尔滨市高新技术产业发展现状,分析并总结了其发展中存在的问题及制约因素,提出适合哈尔滨市高新技术产业发展的对策建议,以期提高哈尔滨市城市整体竞争力和经济实力。
Harbin is the key city in the process of the rebuilding the northeast old industrial base. The development of the high - tech industries is restricting the economic efficiency and the enhancement of the region competitive ability. This article has analyzed the restriction factors and the problems in its development by studying the development situation of Harbin high- tech industries, and proposed development countermeasures for Harbin high - tech industries in order to enhance the competitive ability and the economic potentiality of Harbin city.
