摘要
随着计算机信息网络技术的发展,网络空间的个人隐私权受到前所未有的严峻挑战,这种状况不仅严重影响网络经济发展而且它将蔓化为一种社会问题。因此,如何对网络空间的个人数据和隐私权进行保护,已成为网络法需要研究的重要课题之一。
With the development of computer information and intemet technology, the situation that the right of privacy in network space is facing more severe challenge than before will interfere network economic development and become a social question. Therefore, how to protect one＇ s date and the right of privacy has been an important task in the law of network.
