摘要
随着计算机应用的日趋复杂,用户对计算机的计算速度的要求也越来越高。如何满足科学计算的要求,快速而有效地提高计算速度成为计算机科学迫切需要解决的问题之一。解决这一问题最为经济而且有效的方法是将多台计算机连接起来构成机群并行计算系统,使它们能够协同求解同一问题。在研究了几种常见的机群系统后,提出了一种在高版本Linux上构建基于LAM/MPI的机群系统的方法,并且在该机群系统上成功实现了并行计算。
With more and more complex uses of computer, the requirements for computing speed is needed. How to meet the needs of scientific computing has become one of urgent problems in computer science. The simplest and most effective method is to link several PCs together, which constructs a parallel cluster. After surveying a few kinds of cluster building approaches. This paper provides a method to build up a mini cluster system based on MPI and Linux. And it successfully realizes the parallel programming in the cluster.
