根据黑龙江省公路交通发展方向,利用当今最流行的Notes系统,进行省交通厅办公信息管理系统的建设。
According to the developing direction of Heilongjiang provincial highway transportation, using Notes system which is the most prevalent system, this paper constructed office information management system for provincial transportation bureau.
