基于PCI总线的反应釜温度控制系统的设计

摘要 针对胶粘剂生产过程中人工操作难于精确控制温度的问题,开发了胶粘剂温度控制系统,该系统采用了基于PCI总线板卡的测控方式。软件设计将Lab Windows/CVI和Access数据库相结合,实现了数据的采集、分析和保存,对执行机构的控制,温度及其曲线的显示,手动/自动控制切换和目标温度设置等功能。系统设计满足控制的要求,使炼胶釜温度按用户设定的曲线变化,从而提高胶粘剂的质量,取得了良好的效果。 In accordance with the problem of being difficult to control temperature precisely by manual operation in the process of manufacturing adhesive, the computer control system of the adhesive' s temperature is developed. It uses the measuring and controlling method of PCI bus - based board card. Combined Lab Windows/CVI with Access database, it implements the functions, including .the data sampled, data analyzed and saved, controlling the executing outfit, displaying temperature and its curve, switching manual/auto control method and setting up the goal' s temperature etc. The design fulfils the demands of control, makes the variation in temperature in accordance with the curve designed and enhances the quality of adhesive, and achieves good performance.
