种子处理及田间覆盖对独一味种子萌发的影响 被引量:15

摘要 分别用赤霉素、高锰酸钾、硝酸钾溶液在室内对独一味种子进行了处理,并在甘南州临潭县进行了田间覆盖试验.结果表明:赤霉素处理可以明显促进独一味种子萌发,发芽率可提高30%以上,浓度以50 mg/L为宜;硝酸钾处理对独一味种子萌发有明显的抑制作用;吸湿回干处理可以明显地提高独一味种子的发芽率,最终发芽率可达72.67%;遮阳网覆盖可极大提高独一味种子田间单位面积出苗数,出苗数可达142.96个/m2. The seed treatment and field mulch experiments of Lamiophlomis rotata were conducted at Xincheng Town,Lintan County, Gansu Province. The results indicated that the germination rate could be increased significantly while the seeds were treated w on concentration of 50mg/L of GA3 ,increased by 30 ith GA3, the highest germination rate has taken place %. On the contrary,the germination rate was significandy inhibited by KNO3 treatment. The germination rate could be increased significantly under hydration- dehydration(HD) treatment, the final germination rate could reach to 72.67 %. The suitable germinating temperature was 15℃, and the suitab sowing period was first 10 days of May. The rate of emergencecould be increased significantly by mulching,which has reached 142.96 个/m^2.
