大学生心理健康现况调查分析

Investigation of the Psychological Health Status of College Students

目的了解大学生心理健康现况。方法随机抽取湖北教育学院2600名学生进行调查,采用SCL-90自评量表进行分析。结果学生90项总分均值为141.31±37.27,总均分为1.574±0.42,呈正态分布,方差齐。阳性项目数33项,占36.67%,阳性项目均分为2.47±0.45。学生总体水平与中国青年常模比较,除躯体化因子无差异外,其余8个因子分均值明显高于中国青年常模,差异有统计学意义。结论被调查大学生整体心理健康水平不高,心理健康教育需要加强。

[ Objective ] To learn the psychological health status of the college students. [ Methods] SCL-90 self- evaluation form was used to investigate the 2600 randomly-selected students of Hubei Education College. [ Results] The sum-average of the 90 surveyed items was 141.3 1± 37.27, the total average score was 1.57 ± 0.42 with normal distribution and homogeneity of variance; 33 items were positive （36.67%） with an average score of 2.47 ±0.45; 8 factors of the general level of the students were significantly higher than that of the national norm except the somatization factor, the difference had statistical significance. [ Conclusion] The psychological health status of the investigated college students is quite low; psychological education should be strengthened.
