2005年深圳市蔬菜中有机磷农药残留状况 被引量:11

摘要 目的了解深圳市蔬菜中有机磷农药的残留状况,为制订预防和控制措施提供依据。方法在深圳市全市范围内,抽取393份样品,按照GB-T5009.20实验.监测与检验2003《食品中有机磷农药残留量的测定》中规定的方法,以气相色谱法进行定性定量检测。结果蔬菜中有机磷农药的总不合格率为5.34%,其中叶(花)菜类5.56%、根茎类6.03%、瓜果类3.80%,显著低于2004年的16.3%;在蔬菜中检出不合格的有机磷农药种类是甲胺磷、对硫磷、马拉硫磷和敌敌畏。结论2005年深圳市蔬菜中有机磷农药的残留已经得到了有效控制。 [ Objective] To investigate the situation of phosphate pesticide residue in the vegetables in Shenzhen and provide basis for establishing measures for prevention and control. [ Methods ] 393 samples were collected randomly from markets and tested by gas chromatography. [ Results] The total ineligible rate of the vegetables was 5.34%, which was significantly lower than that in 2004 ( 16.3% } ; the ineligible rates of leafy, root-stem vegetables, melons and fruits were 5.56% , 6.03% and 3.80% respectively; 4 kinds of phosphate pesticides were detected in this survey, namely, methamidophos, parathion, malathion and dichlorvos. [ Conclusion] The situation of phosphate pesticide residue in vegetables in Shenzhen has been validly under control.
