摘要 目的 建立快速有效的方法分离己烯雌酚、己酸羟孕酮、醋酸甲羟孕酮。方法 以ZORBAXSB-C18柱(4.6mm×250mm)分离3种组分,柱填充颗粒直径为5μm,乙腈∶水=8∶2作为流动相。结果 3种组分分离良好,在一定范围内呈良好的线性关系,日间相对标准偏差为2.75%-9.22%,检出限为:己烯雌酚0.014μg/ml,己酸羟孕酮0.006μg/ml,醋酸甲羟孕酮0.032μg/ml。结论 该方法灵敏度、精密度好,结合有效的样品前处理,该方法有望用于食品中这3种雌激素的同时检测。 [ Objective] To establish an effective method for the determination of Diethyistilbestrol, Hydroxyprogesterone and Esrtodiol Valerate. [ Methods] ZORBAX SB-C18 5gm 4.6 × 250 mm was used for separation, Acetonitrile:water = 8:2 was applied as flow. [ Results] All the three components were entirely separated showing food linear relationship; standard deviation was 2.75% - 9.22%, detection limits of Diethyisteilbestrol, Hydroxyprogesterone and Esrtodiol Valerate were 0. 014 μg/ml, 0. 006 μg/m and 0.032 μg/ml respectively. [ Conclusion] The method is sensitive and accurate, which is applicable for the determination of three female hormones in food.
