现代企业合同能源管理项目风险研究

Energy Performance Contracting Project Risk in Modern Business Administration

针对合同能源管理项目在我国企业的实施状况,以合同能源管理项目为研究对象,结合中国社会经济发展现状,系统分析了我国合同能源管理项目实施过程中存在的政策、市场、融资、运营以及效益风险,在此基础上探讨我国合同能源管理项目风险评价的指标体系,并运用模糊综合评价理论对其风险进行定量评价,给出合同能源管理项目风险控制的指导思想和模型。

In the light of the development of energy perfonnace contracting（EPC） in our country, keeping EPC as an object of study, and combining with the present situation of the social economic development, the author systematically studies the policy, market, nmning, and benefit risk existing in the process of the development of EPC. On the basis of it, the target system of risk evaluation on EPC is discussed, quantitative evaluation is conducted by applying theory of indistinct integrated evaluation, and the guiding ideas and the model are provided.
