摘要
根据小说文体学理论,从主题、结构、语言三个方面比较分析了斯坦培克中篇小说《珍珠》的两个汉译本。通过对两个译本在语言表现层次方面的细致分析,剖析了两个译本的利弊,并由此提出,翻译时对原文风格的再现就是对原文主题、结构和语言等风格的再现。文学翻译不仅要忠实原作,更要传达原作的风格。对译本进行文体学层次的细致分析有助于把握原文风格,提高翻译层次。
A comparative study was conducted of two translations of The Pearl by John Steinbeck from the aspects of content, structure and language. It is concluded that translation of literary style requires detailed research of the source passage＇s theme, structure and language.
