摘要
通过构建微小企业主的知识素质模型,归纳此模型体系下微小企业主知识素质存在的问题,分析了其知识素质较低的原因,并在此基础上提出了微小企业主知识素质开发的两点对策:引导现有的企业主增强知识更新意识,促进未来的创业者多元化衍生;积极组织开展针对微小企业主的教育与培训。
By building the knowledge qualities model of micro-enterprises owners, the problems of their knowledge qualities under this model are summarized and the reasons for their relatively low knowledge qualities are analyzed. Solutions to these problems are as follows： the present owners should be guided to strengthen their consciousness on knowledge renewal; the future owners should derive in a diversifiable way. Meanwhile, the education and training towards micro-enterprises owners should be inaugurated actively
