Consideration on identification of dangerous source for water resources and hydropower construction enterprises

危险源是指可能导致伤害或疾病、财产损失、工作环境破坏或这些情况组合的根源或状态。组织通过确定影响经营管理活动所有范围的职业健康安全的危险、识别出危险源,将管理过程和控制措施建立在科学的危险源辨识、风险评价基础上,做到安全事故事前控制,扭转跟在事故后面转的被动局面,体现把职业健康安全作为一个系统工程来对待的先进性。

The dangerous source expresses a source or a situation of a possible injury or disease, a property loss, a damage of working environment or the combination of all the situations. Through the determination of the dangers impacting the occupational health and safety in all the areas of the management activities concerned and identification of the dangerous source, the management process and the control countermeasures can be set up on the basis of the scientific identification of dangerous source and assessment of relevant risk, and then the passive situation of dealing with accident afterward can be transferred to control the possible accident beforehand. In this way, the advantage of taking the occupational health and safety as a systematic project can be embodied as well.
