经颅磁刺激诱导人愉快状态的研究 被引量:2

摘要 经颅磁刺激具有无创性和安全性,为了研究使人获得愉快感觉的磁刺激在大脑特定部位施加的频率和强度,通过听拉德斯基进行曲形成愉快状态,同时用128导联数字脑电系统采集脑电波信号并进行功率谱分析,确定产生愉快感觉的特征频率是32 Hz.利用ASA源分析软件对愉快的发生源区域进行偶极子定位,发现愉快的发生区域集中在脑桥腹侧正中下部的区域.对该区域施加频率为32 Hz的脉冲磁场刺激5 min,发现人的愉快程度明显提高. Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) is a non-invasive and secure method. To determine the frequency and intensity of TMS in specific position of brain for producing pleasure feeling, the electroencephalograph(EEG) signals was collected using Phoenix Digital EEG with 128 channels, and the power spectrum was analyzed when the subjects got pleasure from enjoying music (Radetzy-March). The character frequency of EEG was found at 32 Hz when pleasure was got. Then the region where pleasure was produced was focused in the area of the middle abdomen in the pons'side by dipole locating with the software of ASA. When the region was stimulated with array magnetic field at the frequency of 32 Hz for 5 min, the subjects' pleasure degree increased obviously.
