摘要
平稳停车是层绕机重要的工艺要求之一,其停车准确性与稳定性的好坏直接影响层绕机层绕的质量和效率。采用储丝浮动辊料位与放线刹车相配合的停车控制系统较好的实现了平稳停车。给出了在Modbus RTU通信模式下PLC与变频器串行通讯控制技术的实现方法以及定长停车与紧急停车的实现过程。调试结果表明该系统能够达到设计要求,定长停车误差小于5‰。
Steady stopping is one of important craft requests of welding wire winder. Tts preci sion and stability have direct influences on the quality and efficiency of the welding wire that are tied up to round. Steady stopping are greatly realized in stopping system of welding wire winder in which the floating-wheel of position cooperated with the pay-off wheel braking. The application of the communication under the mode of Modbus RTU between PLC and inventor is introduced, and the carrying-out process of stopping of the fixed-length and emergent brake is analyzed. The results show that system can reach the designed requirements. The error of stopping is less than 5‰.
