摘要
目的研究鹿茸胶囊的调脂作用。方法观察鹿茸胶囊对老年小鼠血脂、脂蛋白及肝脏脂肪含量的影响,对高脂血症小鼠血脂及脂蛋白的影响。结果鹿茸胶囊可明显降低老年小鼠及高脂血症小鼠血清胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平,提高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平,降低老年小鼠肝脏脂肪含量。结论鹿茸胶囊具有调脂作用。
Objective To investigate the decreasing blood lipids effect of pilose antler capsule （PAC）. Methods The effect of PAC on blood lipids and lipoproteins level in aged and hyperlipemia mice, and liver fat content in aged mice were observed. Results PAC could significantly decrease the content of cholesterol, triglyceride and low density lipoprotein cholesterol, and increasee the high density lipoprotein cholesterol level in aged and hyperlipemia mice. PAC also decreased the liver fat content in aged mice. Conclusion PAC showes deceasing blood lipids effect.
