甘草对抗D-半乳糖诱导大鼠糖尿病模型的实验研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨甘草、二甲双胍和水飞蓟宾对D-半乳糖诱导大鼠糖尿病模型的作用。方法以腹腔注射D-半乳糖(150mg/kg,1次/d,共8周)诱导胰岛素抵抗(IR),选用长期腹腔注射5%D-半乳糖[150mg/(kg·d)]诱导IR形成大鼠糖尿病模型,并测定空腹血糖(FBG)、糖耐量试验(OGTT)后2h血糖(2hBG)含量和体重变化。结果空白对照组、甘草组、二甲双胍组和水飞蓟宾组与模型组比较,FBG均无明显差异(P>0.05);而OGTT后2hBG,模型组与空白对照组比较存在明显差异(P<0.01);甘草、二甲双胍和水飞蓟宾均使造模后各组的大鼠体重增加,并能降低糖尿病大鼠的血糖水平。结论甘草、二甲双胍和水飞蓟宾能有效地抑制D-半乳糖所致糖尿病大鼠的血糖水平。 Objective To study the effects of glycyrrhiza, metformin (MET) and silibinin (SIL) on rats with diabetes mellitus induced by D - galactose (D-gal). Methods The animal models of diabetes mellitus with insulin resistance (IR) were prepared by administered (i. p. ) D-gal (150 mg/kg qd) for 56d. Fasting blood glucose (FBG) and 2h blood glucose (2hBG) after oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) were measured, as well as the body weight. Results There was no significant difference of FBG among the control group, glycyrrhiza group, MET group and SIL group (P 〉0. 05). Otherwise there was significant difference between the control group and negative group in 2h BG (P 〈0. 01). Compared with the negative group, D- gal significantly increased the level of weight and decreased the level of blood sugar in rats with diabetes mellitus. Conclusion Glycyrrhiza, MET and SIL can antagonize D- gal- induced diabetes mellitus in rats.
