摘要
目的采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定金茵颗粒剂中山柰素的含量。方法采用InertsilODS柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),柱温为30℃,流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸(1∶1),流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为360nm。结果山柰素质量浓度在59~531μg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,回归方程为A=3367915.2C-20936,r=0.9996,平均回收率为99.76%,RSD=1.89%(n=6)。结论HPLC法可作为金茵颗粒剂的质量控制方法。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for determining the content of kaempferol in Jinyin granules. Methods The mobile phase was 0. 1% H3PO4-methonal (50 : 50). The UV detection wavelength was 360nm. The mobile speed was 1.0 mL/min. Inertsil ODS (150 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm) separation column was used. Results A good linearity was obtained in the range of 59-531 μg/mL. Regression equation: A=3 367915.2C-20936, r=0.9996. The average recovery was 99.76% ,RSD was 1.89% (n=6).Conclusion The method is good for determining kaempferol in Jinyin granules.
