摘要 目的建立地稔根中没食子酸的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定没食子酸的含量,色谱柱为Hypersil ODS柱(250mm×4.0mm,5μm),流动相为0.2%甲醇的乙腈溶液-含0.1%三乙胺和0.1%磷酸的水溶液(1.5∶98.5),流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为220nm。结果没食子酸进样量在0.02~0.32μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系,r=0.9999;平均回收率为98.97%,RSD=0.82%。结论该方法准确、可靠,可用于地稔根的质量控制。 Objective To establish a method for the determination of gallic acid in Radix Melastomae by HPLC. Methods HPLC with Hypersil ODS (250 mm×4.0 mm,5 μm)column was used. The mobile phase was acetonitril (0. 2% CH3OH)- water (0. 1% triethylamine, 0. 1% phosphoric acid)(1.5:98. 5), The detection wavelength was 220 nm and flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results Gallic acid showed a good linearity in the range of 0.02-0.32μg, r =0. 999 9. The average recovery rate was 98.97%, and RSD was 0. 82%. Conclusion This method is effective and can be used for the quality control of gallic acid in Radix Melastomae.
