摘要
目的优选理中汤配方颗粒中挥发油的β-环糊精包合工艺。方法以包合物的收得率、包合物中挥发油的回收率为评价指标,采用L9(34)正交试验设计筛选最佳包合工艺条件。结果最佳包合工艺条件为每1mL挥发油用6gβ-环糊精,加36mL水,在45℃下搅拌包合1.5h。结论正交试验优选的包合工艺合理,包合率高,工艺稳定。
Objective To establish the optimal β- cyclodextrin inclusion of volatile oil in Lizhongtang compatible granule. Methods Orthogonal experimental design was used for the optimization of inclusion process. The inclusion output ratio and oil- bearing ratio in the inclusion were used for evaluation. Results The best conditions for inclusion were as follows: the ratio of oil and β- cyclodextrin being 1 mL:8 g, the ratio of oil and water being 1 mL:36 mL, and stirring for 1.5 h at 45 ℃. Conclusion The optimal inclusion process by orthogonal experimental test is stable, feasible and high in ratio of inclusion.
